Didn't meet my expectations Positive: The location and the size of the villa Negative: It wasn't clean enough. There were spider webs in a few places. The interior decor was a bit uninviting for my point of view. When we entered the villa, there was a damp smell that lasted in some of the rooms until the end of our vacation (two weeks). The swimming pool water wasn't as clean as I expected with no cleaning tools except for a partially torn net. The main issue on my behalf was that the villa itself is not meant for airbnb purely, as the owner lives there for about half the year, so it feels more like swapping homes and not like a villa meant for tourists. In addition, the villa has another separate residential area with regular tenants living there, so the privacy is not perfect. Although they were friendly and lovely, it's something I would have wished to know in advance.

Supergut! Positive: Wunderschöne Anlage, riesengroß. Privat. Komplett eingerichtet - es fehlt an Nichts ! Alles dort hat Stil, ist überlegt angelegt - die Eigentümer haben Geschmack. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder dort Buchen. Negative: Wir hatten Bauarbeiten am Weg bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe in der Zeit wo wir dort waren. - Allerdings ist dies unvermeidlich und kein Verschulden des Vermieters.

Maison proche plage, belle vue mer sur la 2 eme terrasse et grande piscine. Interieur spacieux avec toutes commodites. Nombreux espaces exterieurs et tres belle veranda. Seul bemol, presence de travaux non indiques dans la rue adjacente. Tres bonne communication avec l'agence.
