Villa Carraig

Wunderschön gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zum Meer, gut eingerichtet und komfortabel. Positive: Die Villa ist sehr schön, wunderbare ruhige Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer, schöner Garten mit grossem Pool. Im Haus war alles einwandfrei und sauber. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Negative: -

Utmärkt. Positive: Mycket bra och tyst AC i alla rum. Rent och snyggt. Verkar nyrenoverat. Bra praktisk utrustning. 150 meter till strand. 300 meter till restauranger. Negative: Delad pool med tre andra lägenheter.

Luz is a lovely spot, this property needs upgrading and easier access. Positive: Good location, near beach. Negative: The access to the house was not good, there was a gate and driveway which we werent allowed access to and another gate in the car port which was locked with no key, this meant that suitcases had to be carried over a wall and rough track to get to the main door, fortunatley we are fit enough to do this, I cant imagine elderly or diasbled people managing at all. The pool had not been cleaned but was after calling the agent.

Decent stay, great location albeit a bit pricey Positive: The location was incredible, just a few short steps down to beach access. Contact free check-in/out and communication was good for the entire process. Ultimately we never needed to contact the property once we were there -- so nothing of merit to consider. Additionally the town of Luz was great and in very close proximity to Lagos -- so everything you could need is very close by. Negative: The property is unfortunately quite dated and what not as comfortable as we'd have liked. The sofa and beds are quite firm -- so if that's your preference you'll do just fine! The unit is quite sparse in furnishings, having just the basics. Additionally be advised there is no real heat or air conditioning. The unit does have a gas fireplace and electric space heaters, but it was quite cool on our visit and hard to retain a comfortable temperature. Conversely, if it had been very hot I'm not sure the portable fans would be enough to stay cool. The pool is very close to the unit, literally out the back door -- which is great in theory; but as it's a shared amenity with the other 4-5 units it all depends on who else is present during your stay. For us there was a very loud family who's children invaded our unit's space and woke members of our family up quite early with loud playing.

Parfait Positive: Honestly, all were perfect! Next year I'm really thinking of taking over this accommodation! Negative: Hand towels were missing so we often had to use toilet paper and the washing machine, we had trouble making it work but otherwise the house was perfect!!
